KidzCan I: 5 to 8 years old (1 Hour 15 minutes)
1 class per week

Beginner level gymnastics class using all apparatus in a fun-filled and positive "do your best/good job" environment. Challenges and/or games combined with basic gymnastics training.

Recreational gymnastics class for 10+ crew, basic and intermediate gymnastics will be covered in this class.
And yes, we have K-POP and Taylor Swift girls on the speaker to keep them happy.

Superoo: 8-11 years old (1-hour 30 min)

Skill and fitness-oriented class, level 2 class (cartwheel required), intermediate to advanced gymnastics skills based on each participants skill and fitness level.
If your kid wont stop doing cartwheels on the grass &at home - this one is for you, :)

GymStarz: 9-14 year olds
2 hour class
1 class per week
$165 Per Month
Monday/Friday - 6-8 pm, Trafalgar Elementary;
Tuesday - 6-8 pm, Shaughnessy Elementary.
Our most advanced class, physical and skills test required to join. Gymnasts from other clubs welcome.
Intermediate to advanced level skills - aka all kinds of flips and skills you saw in the Olympics.
Elementary School Program
Apart from regular gymnastics classes we are the only gymnastics club in Vancouver that offers gymnastics classes with professional grade gymnastics equipment to ELEMENTARY schools. For 2-3 weeks we will bring over equipment to your school, setup and offer gymnastics classes adapted to the school PE class format. 4-6 classes per division, basic to intermediate level skills based on fitness and skill level of students in each divisions. Equipment to be provided, balance beams, airtrack, vault, floor, pommel horse, parallel bars and tumbling aids. Flat fee of $275 plus tax, setup and moving fees.
